How a partnership works

Six weeks from first call to first lesson

  1. WEEK 1

    Discovery call

We meet your PE Co-ordinator or Head, walk the facilities, and listen to what you need.

  2. WEEK 2

    Bespoke proposal

A written proposal covering coverage, coach roster, weekly schedule, fixtures, and total contract value.

  3. WEEK 3

    Contract and onboarding

A simple contract that names the lead coach. We collect any safeguarding paperwork your school requires.

  4. WEEK 4

    Curriculum mapping

Your lead coach builds the term plan against your existing curriculum and shares it for sign-off.

  5. WEEK 5

    Coach induction

On-site induction for the coaching team - facilities, kit storage, fire/first-aid procedure, parent communication.

  6. WEEK 6

    First lesson

Lessons start. We send a written reflection at the end of week 1 with anything we want to adjust.
